Hi Tommy,
Not really a lot of help, I'm afraid, I seem to be very busy at the moment without a lot of spare time, somehow. And the cold weather here really seems to be getting me down a bit. I think they call it S.A.D.
We've had snow on the ground for what seems like ages, it's frozen solid and going out is hell.
You might take a look at the thread Jacqui started over at MIDI Hangout in the technical questions section. It's titled "recorder software for a PC". To be honest, like many over there, I just use Audacity. But as Jacqui mentions, recording from streaming audio doesn't give as good a sound as recording your own MIDI track. I've never been pleased with the results.
Hope that adds a bit. Regards, John.

As a further update to this thread, I found a little program called "Youtube downloader" (at youtubedownloader.com), a freebie, which makes a reasonable job, most of the time, of downloading the video stream and creating an mp3 from it. It also seems to create an extra file with a .divx extension too, which can be deleted after the download is complete. The quality of the resultant file is strictly dependant on the quality of the original video, of course. Regards, JohnG.
