I have been involved with midi sine 1982 and my first synth, the Roland JP-6, which was also the first midi synth. I have been working with Yamaha gear since the DX 7 and now just with the PSR/Tyros line. I am more of a programmer than a player. My latest midi program, MixMaster, is a Yamaha friendly midi editor, is here: www.psrtutorial.com/MB/bedesem.htmlI am happy to see a group interested in midi! Regards Michael

Hello Michael, A very warm welcome to my tiny corner of the world. Great to see you over here, I've read much of your contributions over on PSRtuts, (I think?) Of course I know of your many utilities. The world of MIDI and PSR would be a much poorer place without them. Great work. (I'm hoping this will encourage Jorgen to post, as I see he has joined too!) ;D My main work is creating music for my wife (and one or two other singers) to rehearse or to perform to. So far it's 99% classical. That, and writing tutorials. I spent the last ten years of my career teaching what I had been implementing in the world of data, tele and satellite communications. I'm seriously considering the purchase of an AN1x in the very near future. I have been listening to and messing with synths since 1968. I bought a copy of Switched on Bach back then just after it was released. I have the following PLG cards, DX, AN and VL (VH and PF too) as well as a VL70m for my EWI4000s. The cards are mounted in two MU1000s. I also have an ancient Cheetah MS6. Welcome aboard. Kind regards, JohnG.
